Problem
Fragmented strategy delivery prevents teams from seeing the full picture.
A global strategy team at a Fortune 500 automaker spent over a year developing the brand strategy for their new luxury vehicle. The result was extensive research scattered across decks, documents, and teams—leaving the insights static and difficult to apply in everyday work.

Approach
How can insights do more for teams?
We spoke with stakeholders to understand what they needed insights to do. Sometimes they helped test ideas, sometimes they helped communicate a shared narrative, and sometimes they simply needed to be easy to find and reference.
This revealed the challenge: making insights accessible, flexible, and useful for strategists across contexts. To achieve this, the platform was designed around three capabilities—a bespoke AI chatbot, narrative interactions, and a searchable database. Each of these capabilities made the insights useful for unique situations.

Features
Making insights accessible, flexible, and useful.
We built a bespoke AI chatbot, narrative interactions, and a database. These allowed strategists to leverage the same insights in multiple ways.

Bespoke AI chatbot
Insights should inform decision-making and help guide the creative process. That's why we built a custom LLM and chatbot trained on internal research– allowing strategists to interact with them in a more dynamic and rich manner.

Narrative interactions
Key insights were translated into interactive scrollytelling experiences, making them more engaging and memorable.

Database
Insights often get lost or misinterpreted. A central, flexible database organizes them in one place—creating a necessary single source of truth for the entire team.
